We offer both standard and tracked delivery. We suggest using tracked delivery for peace of mind; unfortunately we are unable to offer replacements for products lost in the post.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement. We are a small press operating at minuscule margins, and unfortunately cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
